“The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It” tells a heartbreaking tale of horror, murder. And an unknown crime that shocked even paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren.
One of the most startling cases on his record begins with a battle for a boy’s soul. After which everything they’ve seen before means that for the first time in American history. A murder suspect will claim the devil. Property as defense.
The following month, Ed wakes up the hospital and tells Lorraine that he has seen demon invade Arne’s body. He sends the police to the stables and warns them that a tragedy is about to happen there. Arne and Debbie return to their apartment above the barn where Debbie works.
After feeling bad, Arne kills his owner, Bruno Sauls, and stabs him 22 times under the influence of a demon. With the support of the Warrens, their case became the first US murder case to use demonic possession as a defense, leading to an investigation into David’s real estate.
If this point had never been brought up, it would have been easier for him to dismiss the third part of “The Conjuring,” a direct sequel to a series of spin-offs with varying degrees of intelligence, such as “Annabelle” and “The Nun.” skill and fear. It’s like a horror movie that doesn’t bother to bring its beautiful origins to life.
This release again manages to behave like a mediocre crime thriller; but full of too many suspicious and terrifying events. In the confused tone of the film, a mysterious serial murder case unfolds and someone obsessed with its damning details must voluntarily go down the rabbit hole to solve it.
Warrens are also no strangers to guarding cursed and possessed items while casting spells in their own homes. Warner Bros. even made a movie on the theme “A Magical Night at the Museum” via Annabelle Comes Home.
But the dark secrets Father Kastner learns from Ram’s eccentric John Noble of students seem grim and perverse, even to Lorraine Warren. When he realizes that there are only traces of evil left in Kastner’s dungeon. He tells him to burn all the books he collected more than ten years ago.
Conjuring 3 is the seventh film in Conjuring’s expanding universe after Annabelle’s other two first incarnations, Annabelle: Creation, The Nun, and The Crooked Man (currently in development).
Johnson’s other work includes Denise DiNovi’s debut film Unforgettable, as well as Wrath of the Titans. Red Riding Hood and several episodes of The Walking Dead, for which he is currently an advisory producer.
